Guiding this momentum is CEO & MD Jitendra Kumar, a 29-year casting veteran who has built six green-field plants and keeps continuous improvement at the heart of every decision.
With new capacity coming online for the fast-growing EV segment, Altron Cast is poised to scale with its customers for years to come.
Mr. Jitendra Kumar, is the MD and CEO of Altron Cast Private limited (ACPL).
Mr. Kumar holds a degree of B. TECH from National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology Ranchi and MBA from Symbiosis Pune.
He has attended several leadership and skill development program including six sigma, lean manufacturing and training through JIPM ( 5S,Kaizen, Kanban and TPM implementation) .
Mr. Kumar has also been an active member of IIF, Alu-cast , and GTech.
Prior to starting Altron Cast private limited, he was the Plant Head of JJF castings limited and Jay Iber Private limited (JP Minda Group) , where he initiated the green field project having a capacity of 1.2 Million wheels (4W) per annum. Mr. Kumar was earlier associated with Rico Auto limited where he led the setup of green field project Rico Jinfei wheels Limited having capacity of 1.5 million (2W) per annum, Enkei Cast alloy limited, Endurance technology private limited, Aurangabad Electrical limited, Pegasus Cast alloy limited.
He has started total six green field project and actively worked in functions like Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and also has been profit Centre Head.
Under his leadership, Jay Iber Private Limited entered into a Joint venture with Iber Medior, Spain and JJF Castings limited entered into new joint venture with Jinfei Kaida wheels limited, China.
